We are happy to exchange garments for different sizes or colours so long as you get the original products back to us in new condition within 28 days from date of original purchase.
When returning items please follow our Returns Process as outlined below:
- RWC Shop must receive notification of intention to return goods within two weeks of your order being dispatched from our warehouse. Notification can be sent by email to: orders@rwcshop.com
- Send goods back to RWC Shop at the following address: RWC Shop, Internet Returns - 145 Nelson Street, Auckland, 1010, New Zealand. Please ensure you include your Order ID # and a note specifying the replacement size or colour required.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once the returned items arrive in our warehouse.
- Once we receive the goods in a saleable condition, we will issue a refund for the garment or send replacement goods as requested. All replacement items are subject to availability and wherever possible we will try to fulfill customer requests, although we cannot guarantee stock availability.
- Replacement items will be sent back to the customer via Air Post at RWC Shop's cost. If you require Courier delivery this is at your cost and must be paid for by credit card before items are sent from our warehouse.
- If replacement goods are not received within 3 weeks of confirmation email, it is the customer's responsibility to contact RWC Shop to follow up.
